Free Consultation
I believe that you can never really solve a problem unless you truly understand it, and that is why I always offer a free consultation to all of my clients. At the beginning of every appointment I listen to my client about their technological quandary and explain to them how I intend to solve their problem before I get to work or give them further advice. That way we are both clear on what I am about to do before i do it.
Pricing
For my general services(see the services link) I charge an hourly fee of $20 for every hour after the initial free consultation. The hour is broken up into four 15-minute increments, so in simple terms I charge $5 for every 15 minutes. This way if the appointment goes over or under an hour the client is charged more fairly.
Note: If a client's location is more than 10 miles outside of the Doylestown area, then they may be charged slightly extra due to increased gas prices. This will be discussed when the appointment is made.
